    Hey all,
Looking at picking up some 18" wheels for my truck.

Having a hard time deciding what route to go.

Was checking out the gunmetal SCS ray10 or blaze10, but not 100% sure I want to drop to a 17" wheel.

Icon compressions are a contender too.

Looking at possibly going with the black rhino diamondbacks, but not sure what color. Black, blue, or bronze. I think any of them would look great.

    https://www.blackrhinowheels.com/black-rhino-hard-alloys-diamondback

Really like the look of the black rhino Rivals too, but again, not sure I want a 17" wheel just due to clearance on the calipers.

    Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated!

Here is my truck. Pretty much going to stay like it is except for a level kit and new shoes!
    Color is blueprint.

Don't do the blue with a blue truck... I love blue but it just doesn't work. Black or bronze are always good

Dustin with FN wheels makes extremely high quality wheels.

here is his page to check out

    https://www.fnwheels.com/

I would highly recommend looking into them. He also likes chatting with customers too and has a page on here.

SCS is a great company too, both are flow form, which is casted but spun while heated. Makes it a lighter wheel, a middle ground between cast and forged.

they both are hubcentric. That is crucial! Most companies are slightly higher tolerances to fit more brands. To avoid vibrations you’ll want hubcentric 100% and avoid super high offsets. The wheel will poke too much too if you’re trying to stay stock.

the Black rhino wheels you posted are not my cup of tee.

I would check out FN or SCS, they are made for our vehicles. You also don’t see them much and make yours more unique.

I vote matte black in color. Hides dirt and brake dust more.

I'm thinking that way too now that you mention it. Would be too much blue going on. Appreciate the suggestion!

Damn good looking wheels. I'll be sure to check out FN stuff.

The ray10 were at the top of my list when I first saw them. Checked em out and saw they are only available in 17" though.
Not opposed to 17", I'd just like to keep extra clearance as ill be running them in the winter and I've had issues before on a different truck where there wasn't much clearance between the caliper and wheel and the snow constantly ripped the weights off.

Yes, plus you support small family business who are die hard Toyota fans.

I think in late summer the Ray10 will be back in stock.

This is super true! As long as it’s matte bronze

im also a blueprint owner and also looking at getting wheels/tires soonish. I've gone down the bronze rabbit hole. so far as to seek out others to actually see what it looks like. keep in mind this is all personal preference. bronze is a tough one to do. To me it only looks good if a) it is matte and b) is a darker bronze. I saw many examples as i'm trying to figure out what i want and the darker the better looking. bright and shiny didn't really look good to me. I'm still looking and still havent made a decision. fyi the RRW bronze matte is pretty good.

Truck looks great man. Really like the matching bed decals to go with the bronze wheels too.

I agree with you, the darker bronze wheels are a fantastic looking option. That's what really drew me to the Black rhino Rivals too begin with, they are a dark bronze/black.

KMC's are too much of a gamble if you are going to get good wheels or bad. I've known more folks who had KMC and were unhappy then were happy.

I also think the RRW are better looking, either color option too.

Thanks for that info. I heard in the past, many years ago, KMC could be iffy. Figured it had gotten better.

Really torn on the RRW options.
Black would be safe bet and looks good.

Gunmetal would look good too I bet if it's the right shade. Something a little different.
I'd have to wait for them to come up for order around October though, currently not available.

May just snag the black ones right now since they are on sale.
