I'd rather wait two weeks for parts I know are legit, than take a risk on two-day shipping. It's a roll of the dice, and will ultimately take longer if you don't get legit parts and need to send them back. Or worse, you install them and they fail, catastrophically, in a year or two.

Some people are gamblers. I guess we're all gamblers. But I choose my odds as wisely as I can...

Anyone read Antifragile by Nassim Taleb? It goes a little deep for my brain, but one major takeaway of mine: the upside vs the downside. The upside of scAmazon: fast shipping, lower prices. The downside if you get bad parts: at best, inconvenience and time wasted. At worst, mechanical failure and potential injury or death.

Is the upside worth the downside? Maximize upside while minimizing downside.

I had a passenger for the first time in maybe a year the other day...

First words: "Jesus how can you see anything?"

It took a couple seconds for me to realize. You really can get used to a badly webbed windshield.

I'm getting it replaced. $326 :rain:
