AC/Cooling Howling Sound at 1500 RPM

    Whenever my truck is around 1500RPMs, the HVAC/AC starts to howl. Stops if the system is off, or heating. Any clue what might be causing this? Otherwise, the cooling system performs well.

    Can be heard throughout this video, but especially around 15 seconds.
