Yes! I saw those in a YouTube tutorial and grabbed a pair. Should come in handy for sure.

I have that same cover. IMO it’s great for the price. Seen plenty of rain and barely a drop has gotten in. Those coolers are neat, not seen those yet.

Thank you! I followed some solid write-ups on here and YouTube.

Hey, just got a set of those Nokians for the wife's Subi...

I was considering them for my Pro in 285/75s as they can be had for a reasonable price and appear to be a good tread for dealing with the heavy rain we get in the PNW and some occasional off-road or snow use.

I don't remember seeing them on your truck, do you have a photo of them on your rig???

I wish I had those last week! Cussed through the headlight removal more than I should have had to.

Thank you for submitting the high mileage window cling request form! Due to the high volume of requests we receive, it will take a few weeks for your window cling to ship. Congrats again!

Thanks! CBI Baja Hybrid front bumper. I do have a SOB fab high clearance rear bumper sitting in my garage that I need to install still. Wheels are the method 701 17x8.5 +0 with a nitto ridge grappler 37x13.50r17.

I'll give you my opinion on the version I bought. Unless you take your phone out an put it on the center console or somewhere closer, it lags. I kept my phone in my pocket, with this adapter plugged into the armrest on my work car. It would lag, then freeze until I pulled my phone from my left pocket and place it in the center console. To me, that's a deal breaker, but it is what it is.

I feel like that would be very frustrating to deal with. I typically have my phone on a quad lock mount but don’t always. I guess it’s just one of those things you’d have to get into the habit of doing

Absolutely. The way my mind works, if I'm getting a wireless adapter to display my phone on the radio, I shouldn't have to take it from where it is already stored to store it somewhere else.

Besides the look, they don’t seem to collect much brake dust, and are very easy to clean. 100,000 miles on them, and I’m glad I made the selection.

Just installed the Tyger Auto T1 Soft Roll Up Tonneau Cover. Over 4K reviews on Amazon. Paid $207. Overall can’t complain. Seems like great quality and fit for the money. Time will tell how long it will last

    Those look good.... :muscleflexing:

My target is the Mickey Ts Baja Boss ATs, but they don't make them in 285/75s or 285/70s... So, I'd be stuck with 275/70s or trying to stuff 295/70s on my Pro. It's my understanding that Mickey's run larger than most in their sizing, so I'm concerned the 295s would rub.

The Nokian's are not quite as aggressive in appearance (especially near the sidewalls), but it seems to be a really good 2nd option and price is siginifantly less!!!

Welp attempted to do the first oil change on my new to me 2021 Tundra and the tabs started breaking off the filter housing. Didn’t even use that much force. Didn’t want to completely break it so called it a day and filled her up with oil. Will be ordering the metal housing and better filter wrench tomorrow.

Same thing happed on my Tacoma. First oil change couldn’t get the plastic housing off. Eventually came out in chunks.

These plastic housings are total garbage and also the dealerships who over tighten them.

Installed mine the other night, super easy. Did you use the front foam seal? I did and I still have a slight gap toward the middle.

My first oil change was the same as you but luckily I had already ordered the metal housing. Make sure to swap the center tube to the longer one and get the MotivX kit.Screenshot_20241229-082854.png Screenshot_20241214-145727.png

Mine had the gap as well ... modified an old turnbuckle from Lowes to pull it down. Looks janky but works.

Yes, road tripped from Kansas to Alabama and back with it last week. Only time it glitched was my fault trying to connect bluetooth 2 it and media in the truck at the same time.
