Maybe the checkout page is what I need to see. I’ll give it a go in a while.

I just tried, I don't think you can get to a checkout page. I tried three or four codes from RetailMeNot, I don't see a discount applied. Weird.

Is this a big enough floor jack for our trucks?

I ended up getting the 3 ton long-reach for $229 last year. It's definitely a different model than the cheaper one you pictured but same capacity. I've used a shit ton now, but I'm generally satisfied. It's $40 more today than when I bought.

That looks like an option as well. The one I listed is on special for $109.99 right now.

This is the one I have, but in blue. It's pretty good on lifting the whole front of the truck.

I was pissed, I paid $229 when I bought it, but it was like $219 when I first looked at it. And I never pay full price at HF, but for the life of me, I couldn't find a coupon ANYWHERE the day I went to go buy it. Not even a coupon for a freebie or some shit. Really pissed me off.

    That's a great price, and if it is truly a 3ton, I mean ...

The only reason I like the one I have is the wheelbase is probably 60% longer. I feel a lot more confident with all that extra stability.

I bought the same one in 2017 and it's lifted everything I've thrown at it including the FGT. If it'll lift this porch roof it'll lift the truck.

Dunno if you guys like airplanes, but I’m basically a five year old with a bank account. I was able to shoot the blue angels this weekend and had a great time doing it.

I started to remember why I don’t like some GM cars nowadays. It took 40 minutes to get a damn battery out of the Impala!

Dad was stationed at NAS JAX when I was a kid, worked on P3 Orions w/VP-62.

Got to see the Angels up close and personal many times when I was younger, it was super cool. It's one of the better things we got to do, all the open-houses, even though the jarheads were always there in full force, trying to recruit us

Getting to sit in all the airplanes and choppers was something I really got a kick out of. I'm sure Dad was probably like, "Great, get to drag the kids to work again!" but we loved it!

Nice photos. From my front porch I see the F15s out of PDX pretty often. Usually returning from training flights out at the coast or wherever they go. They usually have ADSB disabled other than right when they take off, but I can always hear them.

No, I just came to check it out before it’s taken off the road. Inspection sticker is only good till the end of the month. Supposedly, it’s got an emission code so I wanted to see what it was and drive it.

They should really make fenders easily removable and access panels for the interior engine bay walls but that would be asking too much from GM. I remember their older pickups would come with an embedded engine bay tray for tools to carry just in case. lol

I tired to help my BIL do the spark plugs on their outback. What a nightmare and it didn't get done. The spark plugs are on the bottom sides of the engine and the frame rails block access to get tools in there easily. So, you have to jack up the engine to change the spark plugs. @The Black Mamba might know a better way to do it, though.

Subaru pretty much designs all of their cars to be engine out for major maintenance. Probably expect the plugs to be changed with the timing belt.

My old friend next door has a 1st gen Xterra with like 85k miles on it. It needs the valve cover gaskets done BADLY. I told him I'd look into it, and potentially help him, he's getting over a really aggressive cancer (UPS), but after looking at the video, and seeing how "Meh, don't care" he was about it, I'm feeling not very inclined. Looks like a total PITFA.

Chuck engine into subarus dumpster (or melt it down.) replace with a stand alone ls engine and ?audi trans?. 400 lb.ft. from a 4.8 cant be terrible.

Closest I was to that kind of jet power was when they were practicing the missing man formation for former President Ford's funeral (Grand Rapids MI)
I don't know what aircraft they used.... but they flew right over top our shop on the river, and I mean LOW. You can't describe how that rumbles your guts.
