Hey everyone! I have a 2025, limited 4x4. Curious if a leveling kit, 1.75" will need any sensor re-calibration or adjustments? Also anything should I be concerned with by doing so? Just wondering before doing it, being an engineer theirs always an effect when making mods. I appreciate any feedback.

No issues with mine at all. Made a nice difference as well. I did my 24 Limited 1.75 in front & it made it just about dead even front & rear. I later added 1/2" to rear just to give it a slight rake. Only adjustment needed was in alignment. Good luck & post pics!20241011_155426.jpg

I put a 1.75" in mine and made the front higher than the back, added a corn fed 1" spacer in the back and seems to have leveled it out fine. I did not need to re-calibrate or make adjustments.

ETA: Alignment was done on mine also.

Love the look!! I'll probably do that is add small spacer in the back too.

The lift doesn't change mpg, the tires do. I avg. 15-16 in town & 18-19 hwy. Depends on which tires you choose.

@Raven67 what size tires are you running? Your truck has a great stance!

I’m looking at those and the Terra Grapplers, are the Recons pretty quiet for ATs? I used to be a fan of the KO2s back in the day, but my last set sucked in the rain on my Tacoma. Then I had Wildpeaks, which were pretty good. I’ve never had Nittos but they seem to have a lot of fans, and they look great.

Also researching this. Does the TRD OR package allow you to do a 1.75" level without changing front shocks?

Yeah, the leveling block goes on top of the strut unit, it doesn’t change the travel of the shocks.

Anybody know if the hybrid sits higher in front. Read that in another thread. Have a hybrid with TRD OR package and want to make sure 1.75” front lift is not too much. May go 1.5”. would rather have slight rake than risk lower in back. Thx all

It seems to vary somewhat among individual trucks. 1.75 is 3/8 too high for my hybrid, and it’s very obvious. I’m switching it out for a Cornfed 1” as soon as I’m home long enough to take it apart. There are some trucks that 1.75 inches looks good on, so either trucks are different, or the way it’s installed impacts the height slightly. Not sure what the difference is. Take careful measurements from the center of your wheels while your truck is perfectly level, and all 4 tires are inflated the same.

Added the 1.75” to front and 1.25” to the rear and it looks great. Unfortunately I will be ordering suspension soon because the trucks ride is so bad it’s unbearable. It doesn’t seem like I’m the only person to notice this with these non-TRD trucks either. I’ve done spacer lifts on plenty of trucks, but this is the one that has broken me of it.

Here's my 24 hybrid non-TRD with 2" Rough Country N3 front leveling struts. It's perfectly level and rides like stock.
