Which taillights are best?

false. Taillights with a master switch are best.

 

Tri color, because it makes my black look blacker.

 

Does your black accent piece look a little grey?
Do you think its paintable? Everything but the bedrails, top of the rear bumper, and the black accent on the taillights has been gloss blacked. And the fender flares (but i have the paint, and will get sandpaper when i go to town tomorrow, dont rush me).

 

Mine are a little gray but still dark because they're a year old. Yes, they can be painted and I have seen it done. One of the nicest first gen ever had them painted to color match. If you search Google for "jbtoy tundra" you might find it, its a red IS style.

 

I dont think i can edit options, but press ‘f’ for stepside lights.

 

Never liked the Amber turn signal color on cars/trucks. I prefer the 2 color, simple, yet effective lights.

 

Do those have a seperate bulb for the blinkers?
Or double 2 filiment bulbs?

 

I like the backs, cause it matches the amber on the front, and i like front cause it matches the amber on the back. But its all more orange than amber.

and some of its cooked off the bulb.

Meh, not cheating. I didn't get the idea by looking at those. I looked for something that emphasized my idea and found those online.

Still not the same though. Those are one color only.

i cant believe black didnt catch the votes. I wouldnt mind led lights inside smooth ‘04-‘06 housings.

and what are these others being voted for?

 

Red and clear because it honors our truck daddy the T100's tail lights and because the tricolors are in the WRONG order.

Toyotas were always amber clear red.
NOT amber red clear.

But clear and red is what the T100 and 3rd gen T4R had and they looked damn good.

The bulb is amber... Exactly like the 05-06 tails and 3rd gen T4R tails.

Also sticks to the right order. Amber clear red.
