New to the chat. followed for a while. 2017 tundra limited 5.7 flex. I got the p0390, and p0354. pulled out wires of cam position sensor. replaced the sensor harness. didn't fix it. Chased I'd with my multimeter, and discovered continuity between voltage and ground wire going back in the wire bundle. Any advice?
