Just purchased a 2020 SR, double cab, 4x4, Toyota Tundra.
We're loving the truck but the exhaust is basically non-existent. The induction from the engine sounds decent on the inside, but from the outside it just sounds like a fan spooling up. Pretty terrible. I've been looking at a catback exhaust, most notably the Stainless Works redline catback exhaust system. I actually live right by the fab that does it, and I'd be able to pick it up. They also have (in my opinion) one of the best youtube videos out there showcasing their product.

Now, this will be the first time I've ever installed an exhaust, but I'm noticing that the hangers aren't welded to the pipes or mufflers. This seems abnormal for most systems. Here is a what's-in-the-box pic:

My first thought is rattling. What do you guys think?
    Thanks.

I've heard a Stainless Works exhaust on a 5.0 Mustang and they sound incredible... definitely on the loud side but that looks like a great option. IMO this is a step above BAMuffler

I would see what they charge to install it and weld it together. It took a long time before I could find a welder who know how to fix the first guy’s mistakes. Headers next?

How are you liking this exhaust? I previously had a 6" DD system, but now years later the price is 2x what it was. Currently looking at stainless works for the x-pipe and I looks like you get a lot more product for the same price.

Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
TLDR: Has a deep tone after modification, gets raspy at high RPMs. Caveat I have a blower.

I have the full system LTH and Catback. Ordered Legend but they accidentally shipped me the Redline for the catback. The segment between the mufflers to the cats act like a tuning fork and gave my setup high timber in the RPM range where people experience drone. I swapped in their smooth mufflers in place of the segment between the muffler and the x-pipe and the high pitch ping went away. The drawback now is I need to sort out the 2" drop. The louvered design is high flow and gets loud when you get on the gas but normal driving is tame with the mod. I couldn't be happier with the "mistake".

After looking at the issue some more rubber dampeners are likely to fix the problem and you wont need the extra muffler segments I added. You just need to find some that fit are tuned for the frequency of the ping. The rubber dampeners are just rubber weights that absorb vibration.

All the hangers are welded to the clamps. If you dont secure the front part of the system the portion from mufflers on back will want to twist. Clamping down properly fixes the issue. System itself was easy to install with all the slip fit parts and clamps.

Edit: Great I just necroed an old post.
