I’ve been happy with the Toyo AT3s. But am also looking to put a tougher tire on when they get replaced. Probably next spring. So far the new Toyo RT Pro or the ST Maxx are leading contenders.

You'll be much happier with the ST MAXX over the RTs...first hand experience. Wear is a huge concern and the Coopers did a superior job and provided longer benefits of actual traction then the RTs...there's use purpose for all tire choices and the ST MAXX changed my mind drastically for the better after switching ALL of my vehicles and extended family's vehicles to them. They provide steroidal traction with weight in the bed and many folks that didn't experience the incredible traction experiences also didn't have weight in the bed. The RTs were new, looked great but felt heavier and wore improperly for me...I only used them for about 10k miles and got rid of them...there's a reason why the Coopers cost more...you're getting more!

Appreciate the insights Hulk! You had the new Toyo RT Pro, not the old standard RT?

Awwwwe, negative, only the old RTs, not the pro- version...my apologies for that mistaken identity! :anonymous:

I've not had the Cooper ST Maxx on any of my vehicles but have spent a good amount of time in rigs that run them. They are as described by @HulkSmurf14 , and even had a surprisingly smooth ride. My experience with RT's was not at all favorable in the 1000 miles or so I've ridden on them.
