    Curious.
How many of you went from the Tacoma to the Tundra?
Started out with Tacomas for their off road ability.
Moved on to Tundras for my towing needs.
Obviously dont off road the Tundra much since it's so big it makes getting in and out of those tight spots kinda difficult and you end up with a bunch of Redneck Pinstriping.
Do my off roading in the Polaris these days.

I went from Tacoma to Tundra. No regrets, except for that occasional mountain road that's just a tad too tight.

The Tacoma did really well off road.
There was a lot of friendly competition between us Tacoma Guys vs the Jeep Guys.
Both had their strong points and weak points when it came to offroading.
Loved the solid axle in the Jeeps and had several of our members that did the solid axle swap.

I had two Tacoma's in the past. I wanted to get back in a large truck and just happened to walk around the dealer when I went for service and that's who I found my Tundra. Love my Tundra and does everything I need.

    Yeah...
I'd probably still be driving a Tacoma if it weren't for the need for a tow vehicle.

I like having the space in the cab too. Plus the power is better.

Had the TRD SuperCharger in my Tacoma so power was definitely not an issue!!
Surprised a lot of people in that little truck!!
The Magnuson in the Tundra hasn't impressed me as much but I havent really got on it hard yet with it being brand new.

I usually don't keep vehicles for long. If i had kept the Tacoma's long enough I would have supercharged it. I don't plan on getting rid of the Tundra. I have considered supercharging it too. How long have you had your supercharged.

Somewhere around a month maybe a little longer.
I'm still on my first tank of the higher octane fuel it requires.

I had a gen 1 V6 5sp Tacoma and just got a 2.5 Tundra. I don't tow but needed more cab and carrying space for growing family. Extended cab tacoma is good for 2 people plus gear. It's mostly just an evolution of life stages. They are entirely different vehicles. The 5 speed tacoma is engaging and direct to drive. It's fun and actually pretty nimble - I enjoy tossing it around corners and heel toe downshifting. The tundra is insulated and cushy, and the complete opposite of direct and engaging. The tundra is much better for long highway cruising. I couldn't picture offroading in this beast but I'm sure lots of people do.

For my current life stage the Tundra is the right truck. I'll miss the Tacoma when I sell it

I miss my Tacoma a ton but i needed a full size for towing. I hope to have an older pre Tacoma Toyota pickup for trips to the woods in the not too far off future.

Yeah...I used to be that way.
But when I've spent a Shitload of money on Mods I was always reluctant to trade them in.
And it convinced the Wife that letting me MOD the Shit out of my Truck was actually a Money saver!!!

Even with modifying my vehicles I got bored and would still find something new. If I trade into dealer I will try and remove some stuff. If I keep something for long term my wife wont say much of me spending money. In the end we both work hard for what we have and ill spend my money on what I want lol.

Had my 04 TRD Tacoma since new. Loved that Tacoma . Gave it to my oldest Son when I bought my new 24 Pro. Love my Pro. Still giddy every time I hop in. I still think the Tacoma's are more capable off road, but don't plan on too much off-roading with the Tundra...

Went from a 2014 TRD Sport 4x4 DC SB with 52K on it to a 2025 Tundra Platinum I Force Max 4x4 DC SB and absolutely love it. I don't off road much at all or might tow my 5 x 12 aluminum trailer once or twice a year but get about the same gas mileage. I guess I wanted something bigger. Like most have said the Taco was definitely a better trail rig.

    Steve........
