I have a 2024 hybrid limited. Noticed my rear drivers side is 1.5” lower than my passenger side when sitting on my driveway.
Drivers side is 37.75” to fender while passenger is 39.25” to fender. Tire pressure is identical.

Taking it into Toyota tomorrow but I’m hoping for some thoughts before I ‘discuss’ warranty work with the dealer.

Picture shows shorter travel (clean part of shock) on drivers side and longer travel on passenger side.

Exact same thing on mine, though mine was closer to 1” lower. Through my research it appears that Toyota considers anything less than 1.5” lean “normal” due to allowed tolerances in frame construction.

mine wasn’t nearly as noticeable until I swapped to a set of Pro Fox shocks which leveled the front. However given the lean on the drivers side rear I ended up over 1/2” higher in the front. Rather than swap back to the OEM off-road suspension and argue with Toyota about it, I ended up doing a small Cornfed spacer in the rear to end up with a very slight rake - given the small lift it hasn’t noticeably compromised ride quality and the truck is leveled now.

Those fox shocks are nice. Interesting that Toyota says 1.5" and below is normal. I'll update with dealer synopsis tomorrow.

They said the same about my '11 Sequoia lean. Less than 1.5" is normal. I was at 1.25". I've heard of people shimming the driver's side with a Coachbuilder shim, to get close, but I never went that far.

The problem seems to have corrected itself after 3 days. The driver side is increased back up to 39”. Both shocks look the same now.

I still took it to Toyota. They were happy to take my money and confirm there is nothing wrong.

I’ll see if it happens again after towing next time. Hopefully if it happens to anyone else it corrects itself too…
