I'm getting rid of my radio antenna on my 2004. I'm looking for a grommet to cover the existing hole. I find several grommets that will accommodate an antenna, but I don't want that. Just a grommet to cover the opening.

Am I wishing for too much?

Shouldnt be too hard to make a plug you could glue in.

Damn bro, you’re getting some mileage from the time your truck went on the lift to burp your cooling system.

Thats pretty cool. I might pm you about some dumb ideas that could be 3d printed.

now, who knows where to find a remote control spotlight that’ll fit on a little pedestal there?

point us to the pics of the install, so i can see how big this hole is. And are they all the same? Ad/dc? Sequoia? I know my moms had an electric retractable antenna for some dumb reason.

C’mon, i dont wanna search. Hand it to my servant on a platter. J/k ive got calipers, but if someone has digital calipers or better and can get some better readings. I’m sure things would be tighter. If not a PTZ spotlight, what about a speaker mount for a megaphone? Universal 3/4” post mount so i can warn people in traffic before they start making mistakes?

my original plan was a decent tape on the inside, and some smartass sticker on the outside. Oof. A radio station sticker would be solid gold.

Pics posted here are not always live. Most of the time I'll reference a pic from another thread. The coolant flush was 2 weeks ago.

I'll be in touch when I get the existing antenna off the truck and get the exact measurements of the opening... thanks!

I’m betting a piece of beer can could be bent and ducttaped on the inside & be great for years.
