Hmm, that’s weird. I’ve never had that issue. Is it updated to latest version? If so I would reach out to them. That’s a first for me. Lemme know if I can help ya out at all!

Added the upgraded aFe Turbo Inlet Pipes, huge difference in size over stock. Already had the GT Momentum CAI, Charge Pipes, and exhaust so I figured what’s a little more noise. Lol. Easy install and definitely adds a little more “whistle”.

Looks nice. Can’t really tell the color - is that the black version?

Yes black gloss. It’s looks like 5% tint sort of.

The darker the tint the hotter it will get from direct sunlight. Perhaps the film will preserve the plastic somewhat but heating it up can't be good. Some reflective film would be ideal.

    That's false information, please stop.

If you are using quality tint products, the darker the tint, the MORE it blocks UV & IR, which are the light wavelengths responsible for generating the heat.

Fact check it yourself with 3M ceramic tech specs HERE

I want to make the jump on the smart whatever brand bov, I go back n forth. It will be a better sound than an aftermarket exhaust.

no, but you can look here:
    https://www.sparksparts.com/v-2024-toyota-tundra--trd-pro--3-4l-v6-electric-gas/body--interior-trim-cab

Black suffix is C2 for all parts so just look that up. You will also need 2 coat hooks in the rear, 2 covers for the Bluetooth speakers, and the sunvisor clips as well (although you could probably just paint these to be honest). Overhead console will depend on what roof and options you have and the rear lights on mine are meso so can’t help there

Scrapped my SR5 wheels today. Nobody will buy them on Craigslist but that’s 120 lbs of aluminum at $.50/lb!

I had BOV’s installed but she kept throwing codes so I removed em. Sound was nice but she didn’t like em for some reason

love it, definitely has a little more getup. Wish I could get it on a dyno to show gains instead of going off “butt dyno”, but unfortunately the only 2 spots that have em anywhere near me said they can’t accommodate the truck due to the wider tires.

MAF based cars don’t play nice with VTA blow off valves. You need a recirculating type.

I added some more red accents to SB. I already had the AJT knobs, start button ring, and a shift knob cover. The shift knob may still get replaced by a TRD Pro shifter. Today I added the console strip, door strip, and the vent strips. Don't mind all those bugs....

PT413-35120-02 is the part number for the red version. Ask me how I know lol. smh. I may end up using the red one that was shipped to me vs sending it back to Anderson Toyota for the black one that I ordered.

I did reach out and sadly they were no help. I ended up just disconnecting it. I’ll plug it in for longer rides with passengers. Totally frustrated.

The matching trim pieces arrived today, it was a 5 minute install. Looks much better, and my OCD is much happier now.

Do you know if the dimensions for the emblem are the same for the TRD grill embossed letters on the 3rd gens?

It is narrower than the grill recess for TRD.

Okay, do the letters look to be about the same size though or are they also slightly different?

If your thought in putting the emblem over the recess for TRD in the grill, that's not going to work, it will look terrible as the emblem won't hide parts of the TRD recess.
