I keep getting this videos on my IG and FB feed
Hard to find any real world reviews other than the company reps/owners on YouTube
Anyone in the forum have any first hand knowledge on the durability and how it is on a long term ownership

I got the Air Topper about a month ago and took it on a 400-mile camping trip. It performed spectacularly - no water leakage at all, even when I took it through high-pressure wash station. I also drove over a very dusty road and I didn't find any dust inside. I have a Gen 3 with 5.5' bed, and I was able to easily fit twelve 27-gallon Costco bins inside, with plenty of room to spare.

There was no wind noise, even at highway speeds up to 80 mph. I didn’t track fuel consumption. Setup was straightforward - it took me about an hour to install it by myself, and another hour to take it down, fold it, and pack it away in the bag. I wasn’t rushing this was at a leisurely pace.

Everything worked exactly as they show in those videos - no surprises. My only gripe is the price. At $1,700, it feels steep; it feels like $800 is where it should be. $50 for shipping also kinda sucks for such an expensive item. But when I spoke to them, they said they are a small company, so I guess it's not exactly a mass-produced item, which commands a higher price. That said, I was able to get 10% off, which helped.

    Overall, I highly recommend it.
