    25 Tundra SR5, 4x4, PremCnv, Blackout, TRD 3”Lift, 20”TRD rims
Cat back TRD exh, Heritage grille, fog lights, 35x12.5x20” Nitto, low profile toolbox
I wanted to widen the stance & change out the center caps on my Toyota TRD 18” Off Road rims. The 18” TRD rims have come with a slightly thinner hub than the 20” black TRD rim on my Tundra ( & 2024 later Sequoias with TRD Off Road pkg) so the spacers eliminated that problem.. The OE TRD rim ‘ Sombrero’ center cap fits the thinner hub, but that hub doesn’t allow other Toyota center caps to fit, as they make contact with center bearing cover on 4x4 models.

Answer - Installed 1” Spidertracks spacers on all 4 locations, and replaced center caps with different Toyota versions. Less than $400 for a new look with wider stance.

The Spidertracks black spacers I wanted weren’t in stock, but Amazon had the blue ones & came overnight, so I painted with 2000 degree black paint the outer edges of the spacers so no one would notice them installed. Drilled six holes in a cardboard box & pushed spacer lugs through face down to keep paint off of the studs. Spacers were pretty simple install. Made sure to use torque wrench.

I found some new center caps on eBay, one cap version was the TRD center cap off of the black 20” off road rims, and the other were same size and black with white ‘TOYOTA’ lettering. I think the Toyota letter center cap would look good with the Heritage grille. I ended up using the TRD version. I took pics of the various center caps on the rim.

Overall got a wider stance and fresh look. I really like that a 1” spacer pushes the outer edge of the rear tire out to even with the OE step rails.

$10 for paint at Tractor Supply, 4 Spacers @ $300 on Amazon, & $80 for 4 center caps off eBay. Little bit of sweat over 2 hours = fresh look. Worked well on the Sequoia, and can be done on with 18” or 20” TRD rims.
