Evening Ladies and Gents. Just wrapped up a 4500km trip to eastern Canada and back towing a 7517 GVWR trailer with my 2022 SR5 Tundra. On the last leg today while driving 1000K home I started to get two errors. “Pre collision system unavailable” and “trailer warning. Type or connection fault. See owners manual”. The trailer light also illuminates as seen in the pictures.

The info from the owners manual leads me to believe it’s a connection issue. I re checked the wire harness connection and I didn’t see an issue. At first the error would come on, then go off 5 seconds later. It wasn’t until the very end of the trip that the error came on and stayed on. Any advice would be appreciated.

    thanks
    Cam
