    Yes...I got the deal, which is still currently showing on their site. I can put it in as a secondary since it connects to the Halo. I would just need to add a 12v socket hidden under the console since my Thinkware uses the one that is there.

    @Tundra234 So I reached out to them to inquire about the status. I emailed them day before yesterday with no response. To call them is to get a menu - 1 for sales will get you a live person. 3 for order updates gets you a prompt to leave a voicemail. The recording states to email for faster support... I got a call from them earlier this morning but couldn't catch it in time and they left no vm.

    I gave it more time thinking they would email and didn't receive anything. I finally called them back and left a VM stating my minor displeasure at zero updates. I got a call a few minutes ago from a lady who mentioned that the "builder" is wrapping up the harness and that I'll get an email with tracking info later today.

    Can't say I'm all that impressed with their customer service right out the gate. Seems like their sales team is ready and willing but once they have the money in hand, well....

    When I ordered their speaker and amp bundle it took a bit before it was shipped. Looking back at my posts I had ordered on 6/13 and received everything on 6/24, but I also had paid for either the 2 day or 3 day delivery. So probably about a week before anything was shipped.

    I’ve had good, timely responses from them over the last year and a half. Most emails were answered within an hour or less. When I have called, I’ve used option 1 so I get a live person and they try to find someone who can talk to me about the issue. I do know that they build the harness once the order is placed so maybe they did receive a lot of orders during the sale and maybe had to restock some components. Just sharing my experience with them and yes…. Once I place an order and spend that money I want my order here yesterday! ….. and I do want timely communication as well.
