Most likely Phoenix like @BoysandHisToys linked, otherwise it's another no-name *insert Asian origin country* "Tesla Style" head unit. They're all probably from the same factory which is probably in China. For the money they're usually a pretty sweet deal and plenty of folks have installed them in Tundras and any other vehicle under the sun. Couple of popular brands you'll see for android based (non-Tesla style) Tundrea head units are Daisaita and Joying. Friends fiance has a Subaru and the head unit went kaput, he swapped in an iDoing one and it's been great.

Generally speaking the instructions are sometimes not the greatest/things get lost in translation, and the quality control can be a little spottier than a big name brand (although they seem to be getting increasingly worse too) but if you're willing to deal with maybe a few extra install hiccups and/or quirks along the way they're damn hard to be for the price/features they offer.
