Weird steering wheel vibration

    If i were you I would look into your front suspension / control arm bushings. They very likely need replacing, I had a similar issue on my Audi which I owned before my Tundra (which also has the same issue as yours) It ended up being bad front suspension bushings. If that is what the issue actually is, it wont matter how many times you get your alignment done since the bushing wont be able to hold the new alignment anyways. Look for uneven wear on the outsides of your tires (corners facing the outside of the truck or on the inside corners of the tires.) I am not an expert by any means but I did have almost this identical issue and that was the problem.

    I'll take a look. The tire balance did the trick slightly for a while there. But it seems to come back after my brake work, just enough to notice it. Maybe mounting and dismounting tires cause problems too.
