I bought the wheels/tires pictured and it looks like they are 2016 wheels per the date code or atleast what i think is the date code stated on the inside of the wheel. I know the tpms thats in there won't work on my 2021 tundra.

Question is what tpms will or can be made to work? I currently have the 18 inch steel wheels Sr5 CM package but with an actual key.... I've read through a bunch of posts about this and im somewhat confused, also it looks like I need different lug nuts? I would welcome recommendations there to, I can only imagine what toyota gets for something like lugnuts..

Im thinking of sanding the clear off the aluminum face and painting black or have someone powder coat. I guess I just need some direction on which tpms part #? , is there a recommended brand of aftermarket lugnuts

For a 2021, you will want Toyota OEM sensors. The 20 and newer does not like 99% of the aftermarket sensors.

Anybody have any experience with the "oem" stuff on ebay ? Price difference is significant but I have heard alot of the stuff online is counterfit?

Edit: crap theres like 6 different oem part numbers. I think 0c091 is correct for alloys on a 21?

Depending on how quick you need them but some of the Toyota dealers online often have a 25% off sale. I would steer clear of ebay IMO.

Aside from the tpms (which im almost certain is 0C091 for my year truck?) I could use some advice on tire size. I've been on here for 2 days reading and before I spend $1200 - 1800 on tires I really want to be sure they are gonna fit.

Truck is stock SR5 height no lifts, no spacers. I plan to run the wheels pictured above which I think are call TRD off road and I think are +60 offset.

Tire size i think would work based on my reading here are

    285/65. 32.6H x 11.2wide
    285/70. 33.7 H x 11.2 Wide
    275/65. 32.1 H x 10.8 wide
    275/70. 33.2H x 10.8 wide

I dont want to trim anything or remove anything, truck is my daily and covered by warranty until 2030. Im not going off road or towing more than 5-7k pounds maybe 3 times per year. I want aggressive looking tires that are relatively quiet and ride decent on pavement. Still reading through posts about brand/model to learn more.

Im confused because some people mention for instance that 285/65 rubbed and they had to trim stuff while others say no rubbing all good. From what ive been able to tell some of that is because of different offsets? Any insight would be appreciated and if anyone has pics of there stock height truck with 18s and one of those size tire id really like to see them, ive been through a bunch of pics on here and I guess im in the minority on not wanting to lift the truck or get aftermarket wheels with different offset
