I go every year, it's worth the trip

 

Probably not wise but I have him down for 3rd overall.

 

There are a lot of people picking him to be top five.

Literally! Did you hear on the broadcast how Yamaha changed all the 450 engines after that happened in between motos? Crazy. They had to get the 250 mechanics to help

 

Yep, that must not have been a good feeling for those boys. I couldn't imagine third gear pin out of the corner ready to hit Laroco's leap and have the engine lock up !

 

Boy did I get lucky on Sexton, should have picked J Cooper instead of AP and thought Webb would be a sure bet on wildcard

 

Had a great time with son and Alex Martin 5-30-25, he was at our local track for Troll training. Son got got a 4th and a 5th last Friday but Sunday had good lay down on some breaking bumps 20 yards from the finish line 2nd race of first round, he tried racing the second round but pulled him out of last race of the day, he agreed (little sore) and had fun with his buds.

 

I had Webb for the wild card also. I guess he got injured in practice at Red Bud and is out for the rest of the year, so that sucks

 

I read that he's having orthoscopic on his knee and will be out I didn't know for how long.

 

WOW, JMart qualified 3rd, 3/10 off of Deegan ! His last race, I don't think he has 30+2 in him but it's cool to see him that close to the front at his HOME track.

 

Tomac is killing me on my picks. Doesn't look like he is up for the fight anymore on the Yamaha. Then I took J Coop out of the top five cuz he knocked himself out during practice. Now he gets 5th in the first moto LOL!

 

Hunter with the win in the first 450 Moto. I was definitely wrong about JMart he hung on for third in the first 250 Moto. Did anyone see if shimoda actually jumped a double with the medical flag out ?

JMart went 3 - 1 ! Why is he retiring ??? But I guess if you're going to retire a win in your last professional Moto good way to go out.

 

Yeah pretty cool, but as you mention that is a dang good result for a last race. He does of course know that track well but where has he been all year? Always liked him. Sucked that he got really hurt a few years back and may be why he is hanging it up now, cuz he obviously still has potential.

 

Yeah he was pretty messed up for a while. You never heard him whine about it, always a real professional !

 

Washougal! Another track Tomac is usually good at. Hell I have no idea where to put him in my picks???

 

He has kind of been an enigma after the first race. I really thought he had something for Jett and Hunter.

 

Is Carson Brown ( 910 ) racing today ? If so with all the injuries he could be a wild card pic !

Deegan and Ryder, very close call. Ryder definitely got the short end of the stick though

Finally had a half way decent week on my picks. That was a great race!

 

I wish they would go back to two strokes but they never will. There was a two stroke that qualified at Red Bud, always nice to see them out there

 

I think the racing actually would be better.
