So I have a 2002 sequioa 4x4 and my ac blower quit working. Now when it quit working I had got it to power on like it supposed to by attempting to reconnect a loose wire at the fan. I had noticed the wire and as soon as I went to attach it it sparked but turned on for a sec but wire fell off again. I went to reattach the wire and it sparked but instantly stopped working havent got it going since. I've tested the fan by putting 12v to it it works ive tested the resistor and I reads ohms like it should but not getting power to it. I have checked every fuse linked to the AC and they are good. I tested them with volt meter as well s visual. I've checked all relays associated with AC under the hood relays test good. Then I checked relay sockets the relay marked heater I checked pin 1 and 2 with ohms and no current. Volt meter stays at OL also I dont read any volts so I checked the 40amp fuse in the other fuse box that has the likable fuse and im not getting power to that fuse either. I've been at it for days now many forums and hundreds of Google searches im mind melted into wire diagrams. I just dont get it it was working then it didnt I figured cuz it arced it popped a fuse but nothing is blown

If you made this check with relay removed, it stays at zero or OL because Pin 1/2 are the terminals for the Heater relay coil and is not a valid check.

That however is a good place to double check that the 40 A Heater fuse is good or not....

With the Heater relay removed, place the negative lead of volt meter to the battery negative and positive lead to pin 5 of Heater relay socket. You should have 12vdc at all times because it is attached to the 40 A Heater fuse, which is constantly tied to the battery without key in Ign.
