    Oooh, how have I never thought of that? Sriracha is my go-to condiment for many things, even fries sometimes (in a little dipping bowl on the side).
    But, I usually use mayo (again, on the side). How the eff did I not think to mix them?

    One other thing though. I originally came from across the pond. There, 'fish and chip' shop fries would have curry sauce all over them. Damn, I miss that.

    If you’ve ever had sushi with the orange-ish colored spicy sauce on top, that’s effectively what it is. Sriracha with Japanese mayo (sometimes Duke’s in the south)

    Damn, didn't realize this would be so opinionated. I dig the different views and recipes. I showed my buddy the poll at lunch today and he just shook his head and we had a good laugh. He's gonna keep doing his thing, and I'm gonna keep doing mine: ketchup, mustard, and a bit of pickle juice at the house. If you're at Whataburger you can mix 3 spicy ketchups with 3 picantes. That's good shit too.

    Thats why they make those little rectangle/square packs of ketchup with the foil pull top.

    It depends on where. If the little containers are available like at Wendy's, I'll use them, but if I'm the diner and there is a ketchup bottle, I'll dump some on the side. What this article doesn't cover is getting a mouthful of fries, followed by dumping packet of ketchup in
