Definitely not like a house cat meow, hah, but there is a good tone to it. It is fairly loud to whoever is next to it upon acceleration. I have noticed folks on the road tend to be a little frightened if I'm giving some gas and keep their distance. It does rumble at first start, and does so just under 2k rpm. Higher than 2k rpm it sounds starting more like a deep bass brass instrument, more or less like a tuba. Added plus, my exhaust crackles when engine braking and pops at the rev limiter. Its unique in that it doesn't sound like any rumbly run of the mill exhaust on a v8. I've said I will get exhaust tone so I'll hold myself to it. This weekend hoping to get the go pro under the truck bed.

When I had it on my truck, it was legit GTR sounding.
The equal length y pipes really made the sound.
