Hi, I just picked up a 2016 Tundra CrewMax for towing my boat.
IMG_7272.jpg I noticed that the headlights are pretty weak and am wondering what I can do to brighten things up a bit. If anyone can point me to the right forum on headlight upgrades, it would be much appreciated!

Welcome to forum. Nice looking truck there. As far as headlights, there’s basically two options. Change the bulbs out to led or replace the whole headlight housings. In the past, I’ve just gone on Amazon and found some highly rated led bulbs for the low and high beams. The swap out is easy. I think Morimoto is a good brand if you’re looking to swap out the entire housing for a projector style design or full led. That is a bit of a hassle considering the extra wiring and hook up. Not impossible though if you know what you’re doing.

Morimotos are an easy plug and play installation.

If you want an led upgrade, you can go with the OEM leds along with the harness from @iHacker. It is a significant upgrade over halogens. Many of us have the Morimoto XB's but you are looking at $1600 for those. The OEM's and harness will run you about half of that. @1lowlife has great info on the OEM's since he has them.

Thanks for the info everyone. Are there any concerns about glare produced by LED bulbs being used in the original housings? I don't want to be blinding oncoming traffic.
