For the most part I really have nothing bad to say about my truck, but one little annoying thing about it is, when I wear shorts and lean my leg against the door, my leg hair gets pinched between the door panels and yanks on it. It's so annoying.

A bunch of sensors, but not one to tell me I forgot the tailgate open?

    That's all I got.

Blind spot created by the mirror and A pillar. Especially while in town making turns at intersections with crosswalks. Not just a Tundra thing, most all trucks have this issue.

Exactly this! I almost clobbered a daydreaming or possibly doped up pedestrian once due to both this and the fact that he stepped out in front of me while at a atop sign. There was a business, fence, and giant green power transformer all on the corner, so no way could I see him on my approach. Great time to have upgraded brakes!

Like many other vehicles, the annoying harmonics from driving with only the side rear windows slightly open. Yeah, that!

Unfortunately too many people don't understand that if a vehicle is coming you don't enter the crosswalk. The " Yield to pedestrian in crosswalk" doesn't give you the right to walk out in front of traffic. Sometimes I think bumping a few walmart shoppers to educate the masses might not be a bad idea.

Exactly! I truly think this guy was methed up and didn't even pause to look. My truck is not small, low, or light, I started pulling away and out of nowhere this head pops up 8" from my hood bulge. Heart attack city right there, around a second different timing and it may have resulted in a fatality underneath my right tire partly due to that pillar blind spot we all hate so much.

The aggressiveness of the radar cruise in every input it tries.

75 to 80? Shift down a gear. Someone pulls in front of me doing 2 mph slower. Don't coast. Just clamp down on the brakes. Why?

Also on the 2.5 gen atleast. Why do i have parking sensors only on the front corners. They put 4 on the rear, why just 2 in the front? I can bump a pole with my license plate and no a single beep from the system.

Thankfully, most of the annoying nanny stuff can be dialed-down, turned off or defeated with Carista.
The only big remaining annoyance for me is the shutdown after remote start.

That they removed the low windshield wiper indicator light.

Who comes up with a dumbass decision like that.

Now I carry a full bottle around with me, so I have it ready if needed, because I have no damn warning when I’m out. The fluid just won’t spray. And, if you pop the hood, the entire tank is obscured, all that can be observed is the filler. Thanks Toyota!

The cupholders. I have plenty of them...but would it have killed Toyota to make inserts that can adjust to the size of the bottle/can/etc.?

Wife has a 2022 4Runner and they come with inserts, so it's not like they're unable to do so.

Hello! I used 2 KC Hilites Cyclone LED's mounted to the underside of the hood. I used a relay and ran the wiring to the lights in the hood cavity up through the hinge area of the hood. I was able to use a piece of stiff cable to use as a fish wire to run my wiring inside the hood cavity. I mounted a waterproof switch to turn the lights on/off. I also used a couple of rubber grommets in the holes I drilled for the wiring to the lights so that the sides of the holes do not rub on the wiring. Attached are photos of the various items.
    LED's I used:

Looks like you both have 2.5 gens but I got these for my 3rd gen and it seems to help when I roll down my front windows. Might be worth looking into.
