What have you done to your 1st gen Tundra today?

Glad I'm not the only one

 

Today we had a mash up mowing day. First we do two yards over in town with just the truck (no trailer). We still have some yards from back when all we had was a push mower. We've stopped taking on such clients but we don't want to ditch the others---we know they'd have a hard time finding someone else that wasn't a crackhead.

On the way we stop at the bank and do the drive through window thing. HOLY COW MY TRUCK IS HIGH UP compared to the teller window. I think next time we go in the Tundra I'll just go inside.

Came home, hooked up the single axle trailer and did four more yards. Felt a bit ill and went home (right call, for sure).

Nice. If you decide to get rid of the old bumpers I'd be interested.

 

They cleaned up nice, for 25 years old. I'll see how I like the Sumos over the next week and let you know. I never throw out good used parts.

Spare still has a bar code sticker and a green sticker......whatever that means.

Just pumped it up to 32 PSI and put her back! Wife did the crank up. Good experience for her.

 

Kids had a lemonade stand to help pay for funtivities on their vacation. They made out rather well!

 

Picked up some oil for the next oil change. At a gas station, got a big Tundra compliment from a guy walking across the lot.

Changed out mu tailgate bushings with the upgraded ones. Not super keen on the red but that seem to work great.

Scrolling through this listing and others, it appears that there are 3D printed versions as well as injection molded versions. Not sure which is better though

 

I love how your best gen was the lemonade stand and I'm not gonna lie... I'm impressed yall have trees. Amarillo needs to take notes.
