Good to hear! I need to do this when I finally throw in the bigger injectors and party pulley! I'm at 109k, myself...

Might need to look into that as I need new glass for my pass side mirror. Pretty sure this happened at T2S, but not sure how...

Glass is replacable w/o replacing the entire mirror....

The glass removes by prying straight up gently w/a pry tool... it's held in by 3 (IIRC) slotted channels. Once it's pryed up slightly (you'll feel it pop loose), then it'll come right out

I’ve watched all the YT videos I could find on oil flushes, treatments, etc. I’m definitely against oil treatments like Lucas, DuraLube, etc.

I believe Valvoline Restore & Protect is the best option for your concern. If it’s really bad, remove the valve covers and clean as much as you can before running Restore & Protect.

Have you sent a borescope in the oil fill or drain port?

Pennzoil Ultra Platinum would be other choice once it’s cleaner.

If you believe it’s got a lot of sludge, I’d change the filters often, they’re only $5, much better to go overboard on filters then stop up your pickup screen.

Replaced a leaking return power steering hose today. While i was there i also replaced the reservoir with a rockauto part too. Gave the truck a free oil bath after accidentally turning on the truck with the return hose disconnected. Not a very fun day lol

Two new hose clamps/clips are a must!

I don't think its inherently an issue. Performance-wise you'll have the same braking, but my guess is the pads wear faster from the inside than the outside?

I was referring to the person you quoted, they tow a camper. But yes, helps with a boat as well, that's what I tow and they help when I'm backing into the driveway to see where tires of the trailer are when I have it turned at a sharp angle. But I've really found them more useful than I thought during regular driving as well, happy with the purchase.

Too bad that wasn't the driver's side, I'd have just sent you my glass.

Amazingly, the actual mirror was the only thing that didn't break in the impact.

If I was doing a 3 inch lift, I would definitely use something other than Rough Country.

What do you recommend? My truck is used daily, more on asphalt than off-road.

Bilsteins. Those RC's at less than $400 for the pair is like putting on shocks from Walmart.

Anyone have any experience with the OTT tune, specifically the spicy/extra spicy....(I think) settings compared to the medium/spicy settings and drivability? Speed and fuel mileage isn't a big issue just wondering how much of a difference there is and others opinions! Thanks in advance.
