Can I offset my wheels this much with stock/OEM suspension parts?

I really like the wide stance of something like this (maybe just a tad bit narrower). But apart from the struts/shocks, I want to keep as much of my truck stock as possible. Would I need to do any extreme mods to get this stance? I currently run 295/70R18s and want to keep the tire size if possible.

You gonna need to do body mount chop or relocation, flatten the pinch welds, trim the bumper end caps.

You will also probably need to run 12.5 or 13.5 wide tires, and those look like those typical -44 offset wheels, so get ready to keep an eye on your hub since it'll just accelerate wear.

You can, just gotta put in some work + money.

Find a local shop that do these type of trucks, it's really the same amount of work, doesn't matter if it's a Ram, Chevy, Ford, Toyota, it's literately cutting material away until it no longer rubs.

You definitely need tires + wheels, and those will costs the most out of the whole process, I know a lot of folks aren't a fan of the street trucks look, but I kinda dig them in a way, you can even run 33x12.5 if you don't want the big tires.
