@shifty` curious if you have any insight to the hose I circled in red above? Looks as if I’ll have to pull the intake manifold off to repair that chewed hose. Just curious what you think my best approach is with that guy. I want to make sure while I pull the IM off, I might as well maybe change the starter and then dig into replacing anything else that’s a must.

It plugs into the bottom of the intake under runner for #2 cylinder. You might be able to reach it if you remove the throttle body.

'05+ sadly doesn't have accessible space between the runners :(

That's exclusive to the silver manifold non-VVTi trucks.

Given that's coming off the secondary air injection solenoids, and the direction it's headed, I'm going to assume it plugs into the air injection pump. Now I think about it, maybe @bfunke is right, and maybe you can get enough access to re-plug it in if the TB is off?

In times like this, I'll usually hit YouTube and look for videos showing how to replace the SAI pump, so I can watch teardown and see where the hose plugs in. Once you know where it plugs in, you could investigate whether there's any feasible way to get to it without popping the lid (intake).
