    Even the underside of the rocker panels are rusted out. Walk or run away. That’s more than superficial rust. It’s the “will my truck make it through next inspection?” rust.

    This is also my advice. Clearly was in a rust belt state for a few winters and hasn't been treated or taken care of.

    Good lord, everything will start falling off that truck in the next couple of years.

    Hell no. Notice the vehicle lift is a 4 post. Maybe didn't want to use a two post to lift it? Normally when inspecting a vehicle you want a two post so you can test wheel bearings etc.
    However, that aside, the body itself is rusting and you'll be fighting evey fastener on that thing.
