I have a 2019 SR but the seat is bad on my back - had a 2012 tacoma with normal bucket seat and it was fine. is the SR5 seat better quality or more comfortable? Wonder if I can upgrade my seat to something better.

Not sure if there’s much of a difference in the quality of SR versus SR5 seats. I will say in my scenario with the SR5 seats I added clazzio leather seat covers that come with a little extra padding and seat jackers that really helped with overall comfort. I have friends that will comment on how comfortable the seats are now.

SR has more of a bench front - middle seat goes up and down - is the SR 5 more of a bucket seat?

Ah gotcha. Forgot about that feature. Yeah it’s a bucket seat on the SR5
