Hey guys, so a weird issue that started recently.
    2015 SR5 v8 4.6. 122k miles
    no codes
On flat roads I can't get it pas 70 even with accelerator to the floor.
    On hills it's worse.
When towing even worse. Yesterday I couldn't get above 50 when hauling a light trailer.

    Bad Fuel pump?

The no codes part is strange. Many possible causes.

I know but I've had this truck a long time. It wasn't like this before.

I had something funny happening before changing our air injection pumps under the recall. If you drive like 50 and start accelerating, engine almost wanted to downshift, but wouldn't, and you'd have this sort of 'gurgling' sound and you're actually bleeding speed slowly at that point. When you press more gas, she finally downshifts and drives fine like nothing happened. No codes. It was doing this sort of thing since new on rare occasions and I sorta learned to live with it, because it didn't happen every time. After the air pumps got replaced, this issue magically disappeared.

No idea if it was related or not, but I haven't had this issue happen in 10 years since pumps got replaced.

OP, I was just pulling your pizzle, gang:D I have same engine. Just made me chuckle, given that many 5.7 owners consider 4.6 less capable motor. I just had to..
