Guys, i have beat my head against the wall on this truck. It came in running with a blown head gasket. Replaced the gaskets and reassembled the top side. now it will turn over but will not fire. Im getting no spark at the coil packs. tested the harness for continuity and everything is good. I have fuel at the injectors.
Is it possible that i hurt the ECM?

No spark would tell me that another system is likely involved, which could be ECU. Could be a sensor that is not getting the information it wants, like crank or cam position sensor. Could be timing issue. Retrace the work and make sure all connections are good, wires did not get pinched under the heads when re-installing (happens) and make sure none of the connectors have bent pins. Some of the fancier scanners have the ability to read all of the sensors and could tell you which ones aren't reporting properly.
