2024 Tundra (non-hybrid) with 13k miles. Sudden onset of rough idle so I turned it off. A couple minutes later I started it and it threw a puff of smoke out the back. I put it in drive and 6 different warning messages began scrolling through my display. Took it to the dealer first thing the next morning and below is what they wrote up. Curious if anyone else has experienced this, or works on Toyotas and can offer some insight as to possible causes. Thanks in advance!
PERFORMED HEALTH CHECK. HAS FAULT CODES P030027 AND P030300.

FOUND COMBUSTION CHAMBER AND SPARK PLUG ON CYLINDER 3 HAS CARBON BUILD UP. ALSO HAS BLUE SMOKE FROM EXHAUST. CREATED TAS CASE XXXXXXX. SPOKE TO TAS AND WAS ADVISED TO REPLACE CYLINDER HEAD CASTINGS, ALL VALVES, SEALS AND GASKETS.
