After always being an F150 guy and going through the motions over and over again between rear ends and transmissions… I gave up. First time Tundra owner and decided to go all out and even get a hybrid (kinda hard to believe after driving it for about 6 days). I can’t leave anything alone. So far it’s been slightly lifted, tires, and tinted. After the tonneau cover gets put on, I’ll be done for a little while. IMG_7082.jpg

Good call on adding a bit of height. She does look better with a little lift. Doesn't look like a capable truck at all with stock height.

    Own Tacoma, deciding on Tundra
I think we're sailing in the same boat my friend, but I don't have a Tundra yet. The Tundra has so much more power than my 7.5L 460cu V8, it's laughable. The 7.5L is a dog in comparison. I don't have one yet, but that's just how I felt driving the 3 I drove on expressway and freeway. The Tundra 5.7L just flat out bets up and moves. I'm hoping it will do well on a steep driveway. I also have an '88 F-250 Bricknose 4WD, but it's like most Fords, not running...My 2WD '98 Tacoma is more reliable than the Fords, so I'm going Tundra and will see how it plays out. Your truck is out of my league...

    Congrats!

Welcome and congrats on the new truck. I’ve been a happy Tundra owner for 6 years and it’s by far the best truck I’ve ever owned.
