Sure sounds like it's in a tube. Ide double check those plugs first.

Just pinpoint the origin of the noise. Sounds like an air pump, so look for things that do that. Doesn’t sound exhausty, sounds intake-y

check where my finger is pointing. Note the new hose. Old one kept slipping off and made same sound.

Sounds like your EVAP hose (vacuum) is loose. Do you have the EVAP canister next to the brake master cylinder, i.e. the black box to the right of Bryan's hand above? If so, that's where you need to be looking first, then tracing back toward what he's pointing at. It could be any of those S-shaped hoses on the canister, or anything up to that thing he's pointing at.

Dang I’ll check it when I get back to the truck.
The truck sat a month. The battery died. They just replaced it under warranty at Walmart. The kid must have knocked it off.

Sure enough it was unplugged. Might be time to change out a few vacuume hoses.
