Finally gang, we can put this one to bed. T-SB-0038-25 did in fact resolve my fuel gauge reseting to Full issue when at 3/4 of a tank parked on my sloped driveway. Happened before in every refill. Tested overnight both nose up and down with no gauge change. Yay!! So nice to have this fixed after 2 yrs. of ownership. Thanks Toyota!! (It was the only noticeable issue my truck has had besides other safety recalls)

Except there are reports of 2025s having the same issue and they aren't included in the TSB.

I need to get this done, but I’ll probably wait until the next service (October). Unless another window goes nuts or another door catch gives out. Then I’ll go in sooner ha my driveway is on an incline so the fuel gauge changing happens fairly regularly.

Wait, wait, wait. According to that one guy in all the 3rd gen threads you're an apologist and Toyota's PR team. You can't call them out!

If one were to work for Toyota PR, they would not be sharing what has been shared. And that "one guy in all the 3rd Gen Threads" doesn't seem, nevermind.

I honestly hope that the issue doesn’t return for you, but after I had the TSB performed, all was well for a few months and it returned, albeit not as frequent. I just resigned myself to the fact that it was something I would have to live with.

Might you be confusing this with the original Combi Gauge TSB that is a yr. old? (T-SB-0022-023) It didn’t work. This latest one, 0038-025, isnt even 2 months old yet.
