    Hello fellas.

I've got a 2012 Toyota tundra, all original factory wiring, I thought my speakers were blown and recently purchased new speakers for front right dash and front right door.. upon replacing the speakers using an aftermarket wiring harness supplied with the speakers, there is still no sound at all, no pops or static nothing..

I have checked the plug into the back of the head unit itself and everything is secure and intact, I thought it might be the channel on the built in amplifier on a non JBL system, so I purchased an aftermarket dasaita g13 unit after doing some research.. still have no sound going to those 2 speakers..

No center dash speaker in my truck, but all 4 of the other speakers work great no issues.. I went ahead and swapped the front left dash speaker and front door speaker out to make sure the new units didn't have defects as well by chance. All work great with the new aftermarket wiring harnesses..

I understand that the front right dash speaker or wiring has to be the culprit because that unit feeds power to the front right door speaker but aside from that I'm at a loss on what it could be.

YouTube expert here so BY NO MEANS am I a pro at any of this but I'm definitely capable, I just don't understand what else it could be at this point.

I am looking for some suggestions on troubleshooting this issue without heading to an audio shop for financial reasons. Currently all in with the new speakers and head unit I'm right around $450 out the door tax and everything and would like to save as much as possible.

Please feel free to respond with ideas

Appreciate this forum and site and all the info I've gathered and learned from y'all.

    Have a great Saturday everybody.
