This may be very personal but to 'lemon law' the truck over this seems overly excessive. To me, at least. Congrats to you to actually be able to go through this. I am just hoping we never cross paths in real life ... because I am (already) scared.

We should hold the car manufacturers accountable for giving us crap and have us calling it caviar. That’s seems to be the problem we keep buying there crap and no one does the effort to rectify the problem. I know is not the best thing to do and trust me I didn’t want to do it. My wife has a 2016 Highlander that till this day it runs perfect. My son has a 2010 Corolla with 160k miles and car is solid. I expect the same in a tundra.

Had the latest fuel guage software fix from Toyota installed today - TSB-0038-25. Filled the tank on the way home. We’ll see what happens when it hits 3/4 of a tank **NOTE - First thing I noticed was all my Carista Customizations are GONE!! Ughh. Gotta subscribe again at their new rate.

Happy to report this TSB was a Success!! Didn’t reset to full on this tank following the TSB download. Tested both nose up and down for two nights at 3/4. No reset. Finally!!
