I have a '23 Tundra that is now 2 years and 4 month old. It is my daily driver. Recently, my driver door is not unlocking when I engage the key fob. When this happens, it will unlock when I put my fingers on the door handle. (Driver door) This morning, not even that worked. When I tried pulling the handle, it didn't automatically unlock and I was instead greeted with 8 beeps from the truck.

Has anyone else experienced a failed actuator this early in the game? This happened on my '04 Landcruiser when it was 15 years old and had 150k miles on it. Maybe this will be my chance to find out if my 3rd party warranty is actually any good.

A few... Definitely more than 2
I have not heard of it specifically on the forum yet, but I would say it is not impossible for Toyotas in general. My Dad had one actuator go out in a 2018 4runner in just under 3 years. My second gen went almost 4 years to the day, twice, and lost all 4 door actuators. I am currently on my 3rd set of actuator motors in this truck. The first set was under warranty, would have been 150 bucks per door for parts and labor, the second set was out of warranty, so I took apart the actuator myself and replaced the little motors that went bad. It was like 6 bucks on ebay for all 4 motors.

I have a 23 with 37k and my drivers actuator needed to be replaced 2 months ago, and now the passengers side is starting to act up and will need to be replaced.
