My rear ac only blows out of one of the vent on the center console has anyone ever repaired this with out costing an arm and a leg

Tastefully enhanced...

Take the center console apart (easier than you think - like 5 minutes of work) and re-align the vent couplers...or unplug whatever might be int here....
