I recently bought my third Tundra and need to set it up as more of a proper utility truck. I want it to be offroad capable but not just for recreation. I've got plenty of offroad experience both for fun and the military, including a few commercial schools for offroad driving so I do understand how to be gentle in the field. I say that to infer that my components don't have to be bullet proof if sensibility can ensure their survival but, I don't buy cheap stuff either.

Thinking 285/75/18 NItto RGs on the stock wheels and ~2 inches of lift from something like this Bilstein 5100/OME setup:

I know Bilstein and OME are good products but don't know anything about the brands of UCAs offered so I would appreciate any advice on that as well.

Putting a locker in the rear at a minimum but have seen the recommendations all over the map on those. On that I want the best but I'm not sure which activation method is the most preferred for a vehicle that will spend 75% of the time on the road.

Would also appreciate any advice on bumper kits that I can weld myself. I have moderate skills and access to people with better skills so I would favor function over ease of install.

Lastly, is there a way to permanently turn off the traction control? My last Tundra was a 2019 and even after going 9 levels deep in the settings and turning it off...it came back after month. Weirdest thing....nobody had an answer that I could find 5 years ago so I'm hoping something has changed.
