JBL no sound output

My 2025 Limited started having an issue where the speaker sound output would quit randomly. Truck has less than 3k on it now. When it happens the sound menu in settings has most of the options greyed out so assuming a peice of hardware like the amp is not communicating with the stereo. Couldnt find a thread on here but some talk on reddit and other toyota model forums. On vacation now but plan to take to the dealer when i return home. Was a quiet ride for about 3 of the 8 hours driving down here. Attached photo of the menu in settings.

 

I have a 2024 Corolla with a similar issue, randomly lost audio no matter the source. In fact the system thought it was still playing my media over android auto. Power cycling the vehicle has helped but this shouldn't be happening.

 

Thats my experience too. My streaming device still says its playing on the carplay screen. Radio doesnt play either.

 

i just had this issue fixed on my brand new 2025 platinum off the lot it was like this just no sound at all,the issue was as they labelled antenna sub harness.this was a week ago,it took a day to get the part and a day to fix it would be worth dropping it by the dealer in my opinion before it totally goes out
