    Hey,
I bought my 3rd Tundra Limited last June and currently have 33,000 miles on it. I've done three oil changes so far, and I’m debating to do a transmission fluid and differential fluid change soon.

I use the truck to haul loads in the bed and tow a trailer about once a week, with the weight ranging between 1,000 to 5,500 pounds. I plan to keep this truck until it hits 250,000 miles.

Can you let me know what maintenance I should be doing to keep it running strong?

    Thanks!

At a minimum, follow the maintenance guide Toyota gives you, that’s your best bet. Then if you want to go more than that it’s your choice

they have severe duty schedules i think if you want to overkill it

Definitely get your diffs and transfer case if you have 4wd changed at 30k. Being the first 30k you have put on the truck this is where the gears were being broken in. I always change my diffs and transfer case every 30k. Its cheap insurance and I do it myself. If you have a 2wd model just change it yourself. The rear diff is super easy. Easier than an oil change tbh because there is no filter. Front diffs tho can be harder due to less room to work around.

I change my transmission fluid every 60k. If you watch the car care nut on YouTube thats what he recommends for Toyotas. But since you tow and haul often 30k might be a better interval for you. I dont do this myself because the fill process is very involved. If you take it to a shop, just ask for a drain and fill and not a flush. Again watch the car care nut youtube channel and he will explain as to why for everything.
