    Sorry about the trouble you had with the L/S grab handle but that A pillar garnish stays on back order.
    As for the other mods since you do just short trips there is no advantage or real world gains.
    The boot wasn't too awful to install.
    Remove shifter knob
    Remove trim around the shifter that surrounds PRDS
    Slide the boot over the shifter and tuck it under that trim piece as you put it back in place. You will have to adjust the boot to your liking and make sure it doesn't interfere with shifting.
    The blower motor swap was an improvement vs the Tundra motor in my opinion.No scientific proof but it moves more air to me.
