It's the halogen headlight with the LED DRL that says 2018 or newer.

 

Old thread but I gotta say as a grandpa aged male we used to smoke while pumping gas all the time. In fact, the ground by the pumps were littered with old cigarette butts. This was years and years before "the signs" showed up. Never was there a news report or article or story about a gas station being "Blow'd up".

 

Something like that would never bother a Prius driver pulling into the FIRST pump to gas up but a delivery driver attempting to back into a spot to unload, while looking into some inconsiderate dweeb's lights...yeah it's a thing.
