If I only knew a couple weeks ago.... we just took our daughter to NYC for a graduation trip, and I'm from western NY originally and it's only 12hr drive back home so depending on what part of NY it's not a trip I haven't took before. The beer may get warm though :monocle:

Oof. Just remember, your one fowled up thread away from your entire night going to hell. Picked up a new set of rear shocks at Toytec’s customer appreciation day last Saturday as I had a blown 5100 on the right rear.
Figured I’d throw them on while the oil drained out of the truck. Passenger rear went fine, 5 minutes in and out. Went to change the filter and then came back to do the left rear.
Thanks to Colorado switching from mag chloride to road salt, the top nut decided to volunteer as tribute to save the shock from removal. An hour and a half of heating, PB Blaster, that TikTok crayon trick, cursing and regretting my existence and I finally got the old shock off. New one was on in 5 minutes and truck feels much better.

I always seem to use the sawzall trick, myself...it always comes down to: are you going to use this again or is anyone else going to buy it? 99% of the time, it's trash afterwards...so the sawzall is a great facilitator of that mindset! Ha!

I wish. In my infinite wisdom I decided to tackle all this after work. I didn't get home until 7pm and the neighbor already hates me.

There’s only one on the driver’s side. If there is no socket, I bet the wiring is still there.

Never heard of it, is it more of a supercharger application or is there any benefit to a N/A offroad rig? Looks good!

this is a bolt on for that, offroading, or if you simply want a better unit than the oem piece

My carrier bearing was 9 years old with 155K miles on it. Had a very slight clunk going from drive to reverse, etc. This upgrade firmed up the driveshaft and smoothed out power delivery, without introducing any weird vibrations at all.
