My platinum has JBL speakers from factory.

Few questions related to my topic
Has anyone installed SoundSkins on their tundra? Does it dramatically improve the stock speakers sound quality?

Went to an audio shop that installs SoundSkins also,
They gave me a quote for 3way components in front for 1150
    2 way 6.5 components rear for 690
    8ch amp w/14 ch DSP 8X 65W 1235
    500W bass amp 350
    Box 220
    Rockford 220*2

As I have decided to put SoundSkins on my door panel, what sort of door speakers can I go for?

My end goal is to get more clearer and cleaner sound from speakers

What is the brand name of the speakers and amps?

SoundSkins may reduce road noise and speaker vibration, but they do not necessarily improve the sound quality of the sound system.
From what I've read about the Gen 3 window road noise, I'm not sure how much sound deadening will help.

Are they only doing the doors or are they sound-deadening the entire floor and rear wall?

They did not mention any speakers name
shop to install SoundSkins on all 4 doors was 130$/door including labor & material
No they are not doing the floor and rear wall (not sure how much that will run)

I have sound deadened my gen3. Can’t speak to improving stock speakers but took out a lot of road noise and no issues w/ vibrations on my set up.

You don’t need components in the rear, get some quality 3 ways up front and the rear should just be fill. Also, sound skin has a pre-cut door kit which may be worth looking into.

What 3 way did you go for your setup?
Yes I am aware of soundskins precut for doors, did you also deaden the floor?
